Welcome to the Recovery Room at Pinnacle Performance – a calm, purpose-built space designed to help your body bounce back faster, move better, and feel its best.

Whether you’re coming off a big training block, dealing with everyday aches, or just need to switch off for 20–30 minutes, this is where performance and relaxation meet.

What’s Inside

4-Person Sienna Infrared Sauna
Step into our Sienna infrared sauna for deep, gentle heat that leaves you feeling lighter, looser, and refreshed.
Perfect for:

• Post-session recovery
• Reducing general muscle stiffness
• Warming up before a training block
• Relaxing and unwinding after a long day

Cedar Barrel Ice Plunge
Right beside the sauna, you’ll find our cedar barrel ice plunge – both supplied by Everest Plunge.
Use contrast therapy (hot → cold) to:

• Reduce inflammation and joint soreness
• Support faster recovery between hard sessions
• Build mental resilience and stress tolerance
• Leave you feeling sharp, energised, and switched on

Recovery Boots
Slip into our compression recovery boots, put your feet up, and let them do the work.
Great for:

• Heavy leg days
• Runners and field athletes
• Anyone on their feet all day
• Improving circulation and easing that “heavy legs” feeling

Mobility & Self-Care Tools

We’ve stocked the Recovery Room with everything you need for simple, effective self-maintenance:

  • Resistance bands – for activation drills, light strength work, and mobility flows
  • Trigger balls – for targeted release through hips, glutes, shoulders, and feet
  • Foam rollers – to work through tight quads, calves, back, and glutes
  • Mats – for stretching, breathing, and mobility sessions on the floor

Use the space before or after your session, or as a standalone recovery block on rest days.

How to Use the Recovery Room

You don’t need to overcomplicate it. Think of this as your toolkit:

Quick Reset (15–20 minutes)
• 5–10 minutes in recovery boots
• 5–10 minutes of light stretching and foam rolling

Deep Recovery (30–45 minutes)
• 10–15 minutes in the Sienna infrared sauna
• 2–5 minutes in the cedar barrel ice plunge
• Finish with 5–10 minutes in the recovery boots or on the mats

Pre-Session Prep (10–15 minutes)
• Short sauna to warm up
• Bands and light mobility on the mats
• A few activation drills to prime your body for training

  • wanting to train hard and recover smart
  • who are sore, tight, or stressed and need time out
  • preparing for events, races, or sport seasons
  • who wants to move better, feel better, and look after their body long term

You don’t have to be “broken” to use recovery tools – you use them so you don’t get there.
