It develops the essential foundations of performance — strong, stable movement patterns paired with progressive strength training. Class Structure

Each FoundationFit session begins by reinforcing movement quality before load is added. Members are coached through structured strength blocks using barbells, DBs or KBs — focusing on form, tempo and control. Classes finish with conditioning that challenges stamina, coordination and resilience while keeping movement quality front-of-mind.
