Our training system is built around small-group sessions of six members or fewer. Each session is guided by a professional coach, designed to deliver personal-training quality results at half the price.

Strength & Movement Mastery

FoundationFit is the Strength & Movement Mastery component of our 4D training framework. It develops the essential foundations of performance — strong, stable movement patterns paired with progressive strength training. This session builds better movers first, stronger lifters second, and more capable humans overall.

Strength & Conditioning Hybrid

FunctionalFit is where strength meets conditioning. This session blends resistance training with aerobic and anaerobic conditioning to create well-rounded athleticism. You’ll lift, move, sweat and breathe — developing the ability to perform under fatigue while maintaining movement quality and control.

FunctionalFit is the bridge between pure strength work and high-intensity output.

High-Intensity Conditioning

FastFit is pure engine work — fast, intense, sweat-driven conditioning designed to improve cardiovascular performance, burn calories and build mental resilience. These sessions move quickly, challenge capacity, and push you into uncomfortable zones (with coaching that keeps it safe, scalable and fun).

Mobility, Recovery & Flexibility

Flex & Flow is your reset — the session designed to keep your body moving well, recovering well, and feeling good. Focused on mobility, flexibility and controlled movement, this class reduces stiffness, enhances range of motion and supports recovery between high-output training days.

This is where you breathe, lengthen, move and restore.
