FIT3D body scan

A multi-way scan using ground breaking technology will take more than 1200 photos of you and break down your weight, body composition, fitness composition, and posture.

Within 20 minutes, your results will be available in the online portal for you and your trainer. These results will be used to guide your fitness program and compare progress as you move towards your fitness goals.

What does our physical training look like?

Based on three different progression levels ; max 4 people per session:

  1. Warm Up: Foam Rolling, Dynamic Stretching, Activation (15 mins)
  2. Conditioning: Designed to increase heart rate and get blood moving to your muscles (15 mins)
  3. Fundamentals: Designed to improve everyday movement patterns (20 mins)
  4. Primal: Designed to improve mobility (5 mins)
  5. Core: Designed to improve balance (5 mins)
